How much time will this take?

Our only requirement is to make 100 offers in your first month to have the Success Guarantee. It typically takes ~5 - 15 minutes to find a qualifying property, ~10 minutes to have an inquiry with the realtor or seller, and ~5 minutes to run the calcuator and make your offer. All in - if you allocate 30 minutes to find, calculate and offer on a property, then 90 offers would take around 45 hours / month --> 10 - 12 hours / week --> ~2 - 2.5 hours / day.

Why do you charge for the opportunity to send you leads?

This is to help you be committed to the success that is available. If we didn't charge you -- you probably wouldn't make offers and find out that this is a lucrative opportunity. That's why we give you your money back if you find that we're wrong about this.

Yes! Getting offers accepted is mainly about one thing: MAKING A LOT OF OFFERS.

Typically - depending on which offer category - we find that ~1 out of every 60 or 90 offers get accepted.

That's why we want to make sure you're using the calculator and making offers and if nothing turns into a deal - we refund you - no questions asked!

How much can I actually make doing this?

We really want you to make as much as you desire. This is a work - for - yourself opportunity at your own leisure and working calendar. We don't have any cap on commissions. You can try for harder to get but higher paying commission opportunities (less deal volume), or for easy to get opportunities with lower commissions (higher deal volume). Either way - you could expect to make at least $5k / mo with a part time effort and much more with a full time effort.

If my offer gets accepted - does that guarantee I get paid a commission?

Not necessarily. When we've made our offer - we still haven't seen the property or done any due diligence. After we get more information - the property may or may not still fit our purchasing criteria.
